Panopticon's Screen-Names and Handles

This is the list as originally posted. Since then, Panopticon have purged all the tumblrs except threeheartssanctuary and othersoulsondiscord. I corrected an error.

Panopticon is now going by Gabe Carter. Gabe is from Sylar from Heroes. Carter comes from their new group name, Carterhaugh and Electric Garden. May update as needed.
